Z-War Discord Bots — Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Z-War Discord bots operated by Wonky Hat LLP (together, the “Bots”), including:
- Z-War Calendar — schedules, Discord Scheduled Events, opt-in reminder DMs, and read-only calendar links
- Z-War BGB report — posts Team A / Team B BGB reports from the Z-War app into a linked channel
- Z-War Allied Duel — posts daily Alliance Duel tips into a linked channel
By inviting or using any of the Bots, you agree to these Terms.
Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with Discord’s terms, Discord’s terms control.
These Terms do not cover the Z War mobile/web app or alliance cloud save — see z-war.icu/app/.
What the Bots do
Calendar
Helps Discord servers plan and display Dark War Survival event schedules.
It can show weekly/daily summaries, publish Discord Guild Scheduled Events, post optional channel embeds,
send opt-in reminder DMs, and provide read-only web calendar links (zw-xxxxxxxx).
BGB report
Posts Team A and Team B Black Gold Battlefield allocation reports when an officer
triggers posting from the Z-War app, into a channel linked with /bgb-report setup.
Allied Duel
Posts daily Alliance Duel tips (plus a rotating quote) into a channel linked with
/duel setup, year-round at 02:00 UTC, and removes older tip messages so only recent posts remain.
All Bots are unofficial fan tools — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game publisher.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of consent in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Server officers
If you have Manage Server and configure a Bot:
Calendar (/calendar-admin)
- You are responsible for calendar content you import and publish
- Assign the Bot an Event Role with Create Events — not Administrator unless you knowingly choose to
- Share codes are capability links; anyone with the code can view the read-only schedule
- Review member suggestions from
/calendar request-event; do not put personal information in suggestions
BGB report (/bgb-report)
- You are responsible for the channel you link and for safeguarding the post code
- Anyone with the post code can post reports to the linked channel until you rotate or unlink
- Do not share the post code publicly
Allied Duel (/duel)
- You are responsible for the channel you link for daily tips
- The Bot will post automatically and may delete its own older tip messages in that channel
- Tip content is guidance only — verify tasks and timing in-game
Members
- Calendar reminder DMs are opt-in (
/calendar subscribe/unsubscribe) - Discord Interested on scheduled events uses Discord’s own notifications
- Do not abuse commands, share post codes, or submit malicious files via import
Privacy

Disclaimer
THE BOTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accurate schedules or tips, uninterrupted service, successful delivery of posts or DMs, or that content matches in-game timing or rewards. Verify critical times and tasks in-game.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonky Hat LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bots. Total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us in the six months before a claim, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing affects your mandatory rights as a UK consumer.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
