Scope

This Privacy Policy covers the Z War website (z-war.icu), related web tools, and Discord bots operated by Wonky Hat LLP for Dark War Survival alliances.

Information we handle

Depending on the product, we may process:

• Alliance or guild identifiers and configuration you enter (events, rosters, map annotations)
• Discord server and channel IDs linked when a bot is installed
• Technical logs needed to run and secure the services (IP-related rate limits, error logs)

We do not sell personal data. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, or other high-risk secrets into our tools.

Discord bots

Discord bots only process data needed for their stated features (calendar posts, reminders, team reports, etc.). Bot access is limited by the Discord scopes and channel permissions you grant.

Storage and retention

Data is stored for operational needs and may be retained while your bot/server integration is active. You can disconnect bots or stop using web tools; residual logs may be retained briefly for security.
