Z-War Calendar Bot — Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Z-War Calendar Discord bot (the “Bot”) and read-only calendar pages linked from it. By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.
Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with Discord’s terms, Discord’s terms control.
What the Bot does
The Bot helps Discord servers plan and display Dark War Survival event schedules.
It can show weekly/daily summaries, publish Discord Guild Scheduled Events, post optional channel embeds,
send opt-in reminder DMs, and provide read-only web calendar links (zw-xxxxxxxx).
It is an unofficial fan tool — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game publisher.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of consent in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Server officers
If you have Manage Server and use /calendar-admin:
- You are responsible for calendar content you import and publish
- Assign the Bot an Event Role with Create Events — not Administrator unless you knowingly choose to
- Share codes are capability links; anyone with the code can view the read-only schedule
- Review member suggestions from
/calendar request-event; do not put personal information in suggestions
Members
- Reminder DMs are opt-in (
/calendar subscribe/unsubscribe) - Discord Interested on scheduled events uses Discord’s own notifications
- Do not abuse commands or submit malicious files via import

Disclaimer
THE BOT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accurate schedules, uninterrupted service, or that published events match in-game timing. Verify critical times in-game.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonky Hat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot. Total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us in the six months before a claim, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing affects your mandatory rights as a UK consumer.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
