Z-War Calendar Bot — Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Z-War Calendar Discord bot and read-only calendar links at z-war.icu. It does not cover the Z War mobile/web app or alliance cloud save — see z-war.icu/app/.
Summary
- The Bot helps Discord servers display Dark War Survival event schedules.
- We do not collect email, password, Discord username, display name, avatar, messages, or member lists.
- We store Discord User IDs only if you opt in to reminder DMs (
/calendar subscribe) or submit an event suggestion (/calendar request-event). - Read-only web links use a share code (
zw-xxxxxxxx), not your Discord login.

Commands like /calendar week, /calendar today, and /calendar help do not add new persistent personal data.
What we do not collect
- Email addresses, passwords, or Discord account credentials
- Discord usernames, display names, or avatars (in our database)
- Message content, chat history, or server member lists
- Voice, video, or presence data
Gateway intents: Guilds and Guild Scheduled Events only.
How we use data
- Respond to slash commands and publish Discord Scheduled Events
- Send opt-in reminder DMs
- Serve read-only calendar data via share links
- Prevent abuse (duplicate reminders, duplicate requests)
We do not sell your data or use Bot data for advertising.

Children
